PROFILAN semi-finished products are manufactured from PE 1000 UHMW, PE 500 HMW, and PP-H using state-of-the-art sinter-press technology. Computer-controlled production processes guarantee consistently high quality and a low-tension base material, which is ideal for use in many areas of industry, mechanical engineering, automation, and conveyor technology, from semi-finished products to finished parts.

In our shop, our customers can view and reserve our standard sheets around the clock, seven days a week. This ensures that materials are available with the shortest possible delivery times, even outside office hours.
When do you need the goods? - Yesterday! We can't control that either, but thanks to our large number of different presses, our high degree of automation, our flexible production organization, and, last but not least, our well-stocked warehouse, we are able to avoid scheduling problems for our customers.

As a manufacturer of sinter-pressed PE 1000 -UHMW-, PE 500 -HMW- and PP-H, PROFILAN has developed into one of the most important companies in the industry since its foundation in 1999.

Our low-tension sheets are available from stock in a wide variety of standard sheets.
We also cover the entire spectrum of machining operations. We turn and mill finished parts according to customer specifications on over 40 machines.
In addition to our own materials PE and PP-H, we also regularly process POM, PA, PTFE, PET and other engineering plastics.
