We are creating a sustainable and circular value chain for plastics – for a liveable environment and a strong society.
The use of technical plastics is a reasonable substitute for wood or metal parts in many areas. This is beneficial for the environment and also for the respective application. At our company, 100% of the swarf and offcuts that accumulate daily during production are recycled. In addition, we have made arrangements with many customers to use their production residues for our regenerated materials.

As a medium-sized family business with around 200 employees in the Münsterland region, we feel a sense of obligation not only to our customers, but also to the people who work with us and the region in which we are located. Practical example ports
For years, tropical hardwoods were used for fenders and protective structures on bridges, locks, and harbors. Today, PE solutions are widely used. Wear resistance and thus service life are improved, and tropical trees do not need to be felled. Since the material is also UV-stable and seawater-resistant, it is the ideal choice for such installations.
Practical example of excavator mats
Instead of wood or steel, excavator mats and road plates made of recycled PE are used on construction sites. These are easy to install and remove. Furthermore, their special surface provides a non-slip surface for vehicles and people. The material is extremely weather-resistant and break-resistant. It's the ideal solution for temporary construction roads and soil protection.

As a manufacturer of sinter-pressed PE 1000 -UHMW-, PE 500 -HMW- and PP-H, PROFILAN has developed into one of the most important companies in the industry since its foundation in 1999.
The list of ingredients for this recipe for success is long: entrepreneurial pioneering spirit, reliability, diligence, willingness to invest, passion and courage are some of them.
But without our fantastic team, our success wouldn't have been so great. Today, we are the company to contact when it comes to pressed PE 1000, PE 500, and PP-H.
Our low-tension sheets are available from stock in a wide variety of standard sheets.
We also cover the entire spectrum of machining operations. We turn and mill finished parts according to customer specifications on over 40 machines.
In addition to our own materials PE and PP-H, we also regularly process POM, PA, PTFE, PET and other engineering plastics.
Our customers particularly appreciate our service quality and our reliability.
