Training 2026

We shape your future –
and plastic

From cranking to programming

Stefan & Tobias
CNC

Stefan plans production for the CNC department, and Tobias is a process mechanic specializing in plastics and rubber technology. He has also successfully completed advanced training in five-axis machining and programming. Thanks to the modern machinery, they no longer have to crank the CNC machines. In fact, the connection to a CAD/CAM system allows components to be digitally simulated and CNC programs to be written. This enables us to achieve fast and precise production according to customer requirements.

Gain experience for your future

Jana & Max

Training

Jana is the training officer here at PROFILAN, and Max began his dual study program in 2018 and has already successfully completed it. After his apprenticeship, Max was asked where he saw himself, rather than just being assigned to a job anywhere. Since then, he has been working in export sales. Both confirm that as an apprentice, you will be fully involved in day-to-day business. It is important to us that our apprentices feel comfortable and that their professional interests are supported. Apprentices are our specialists of tomorrow. So dare to take on the challenge and shape your future with us. Be brave and apply – you have nothing to lose.

PROFILAN as an opportunity provider

Khiralla & Imran

integration

For Khiralla and Imran, PROFILAN is the best example of integration, as people from all over the world – Asia, Africa, and Europe – work here. If you're motivated and want to get involved, you'll have a chance. Khiralla and Imran took advantage of their opportunities and participated in German courses. This allowed them to further develop their professional and linguistic skills.

Colorful diversity in the team

Annette & Alma

Deburring

Annette deburrs the plastic parts, and Alma operates the machines in the CNC department. They both appreciate it when women are motivated to develop their skills. But above all, they find it fascinating that so many different nationalities and religions are represented in the team. Their passion for craftsmanship bonds them all together.

How my part-time job became my dream job

My heart is in technology. Before I started working full-time at PROFILAN in 2017, I worked here part-time as an electrical and automation engineer for many years. The entire team keeps the machines and systems up to date with the latest technology and strives to automate additional processes.

Outside of work, my family is my top priority. I love exploring new places and traveling with them. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends or training with the SpVgg Vreden veterans team.

How personal responsibility
led me to plastic

My own professional journey began in the banking world, but the desire for more personal responsibility and continuous development led me into the fascinating world of the plastics industry.

Unlike in the banking world, a handshake carries great weight with customers, suppliers and our employees.

Besides work, my family is my priority. I dedicate my remaining free time to my racing pigeons, which allow me to maintain a balanced lifestyle.

When it's fun, it doesn't feel like

After completing my training as an industrial clerk, I started working as a sales representative at PROFILAN while studying part-time. Customer satisfaction and excellent service are my goal. I work on this every day with our sales team.

To balance work, I enjoy relaxing in my free time by mountain biking, gravel touring, or jogging. I also enjoy hiking with my family, cooking, and even more so, grilling.
