Your job at the Profilan plastics plant in Legden
You’ll work in our technical plastics production area directly on our extrusion lines and oversee the entire manufacturing process for our rods—from setup to quality control. You can expect a varied work environment with state-of-the-art technology, a strong team, and exciting tasks related to innovative plastic solutions.

Operating and monitoring our extrusion lines

Setting up, configuring, and optimizing the machines

Conducting quality controls and documenting manufacturing processes

Identifying and resolving minor malfunctions

Contributing to the further development of our processes and sustainable plastic solutions
Your profile

Completed vocational or technical training (e.g., in plastics and rubber technology or a similar field)

Experience in plastics processing—ideally in the field of extrusion

Technical understanding and an interest in machines and equipment

A meticulous and independent work style

Ability to work well in a team and a willingness to learn new things
