Your job at the Profilan plastics plant in Legden
You will work with state-of-the-art CNC 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers as well as robots. You can expect a clean production environment and precise manufacturing processes. You will work closely with the cost estimation department and the production team. The parts range from prototypes to mass-production components, often with high requirements for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

Your job at Profilan

Operating, setting up, and monitoring CNC milling machines (3-, 4-, and 5-axis)

Programming and optimizing CNC programs (NC/CAM)

Tool selection and tool calibration

Quality control of manufactured plastic components using measuring equipment (calipers, 3D measuring arm)

Maintenance and upkeep of the machines

Documentation of manufacturing processes and results
Your profile
-
Completed training as a machining technician, CNC milling operator, toolmaker, or equivalent
-
Experience in milling wood, metal, or plastic components
-
Proficiency in using CNC controls (e.g., Heidenhain, Siemens, Maestro)

Technical understanding of drawings, tolerances, and surface finishes
-
Ability to work independently and with precision
